Exactly what SChandler already stated:
"14mm head and rotor, twins or nitrous, bigger injectors. All of the guys who have made more than 500hp with a VE pump have run twins, 6x.016 or 6x.018 injectors, and a 14mm head and rotor in the injection pump. I'm guessing that porting the head (along with head studs and o-rings) will be necessary, plus porting the exhaust manifold (whether stock or aftermarket 3-piece). Lots of tuning and the previously mentioned electric fuel pump (Aeromotive A1000 or bigger)."
That is exactly what you need. The 66mm you have would/will get you into the 500+hp range but it will be a little laggy unless you do the porting. I run a 64/71/14 and dont find it laggy at all but I also have the porting and cam to help out. A manual trans with REALLY good clutch or a lock-up trans/converter would also help you lay down some good numbers. Follow the above advice and you should make your 500+hp goal.
