There are no such Bosch tips. They have to be custom made.

You could go onto New Era diesel or call up Scheid diesel to get some custom honed to that size. I am currently running New Era 6x18's. They ran me about $700

How do you like those New Era's? I was thinking about getting a set myself, but not 6X.018's more likely 6X.012's or something like that.

I am really looking at the 435's. I hate the idea of turning in my stockers for cores. I think for 175 bucks I would be better off keeping my stockers in case I want to switch back. Its only money.

I like them a lot. The problems that I face is that on a hard run, I can pull my stock LP down to 0psi. I am also still running my stock turbo so egt's can get a little wily. You can run these injectors on a pretty much stock IP and the egt/fuel pressures will be manageable, I have my pump maxed out (that's my problem) but I would recommend these to anyone on the road to HP. Best part is, even if you get up to 500 or 600 hp, you still don't have to get a bigger set. OOOH and by the way, with these injectors and my IP settings, I can blot out the sun if I so choose (which I always do)

Richie, go to the local pump shop and buy a set of cores. I did that and they only charged me $60. Or post for a set of cores on here, you should be able to get them for less than a $100.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.
