Is there a recipe for doing "x" gives you ____ hp and ____ torque? I know that nothing is concrete but something that will get me close.

Whats different about the hx40 down pipe? I worked at Tube Specialties and American Metal, both do mandrel bent exhaust, I have a bunch of 4" here at home and am planning on doing my exhaust this weekend, well weather permitting of course.
