You may need a pump top as well, check your threads carefully.

That looked ok. Only thing messing me up is the screw. I can get it started. Once in get it in so far say about where stock is it gets hard as hell to turn. And i got all the stoppers ground off.

The threads on my fuel screw were messed up where the tack welded lock collar was. I had to chase them with a nut and clean them up before my fuel screw would go in very far past stock.

If you can't find anybody with an extra, you can get them from your local Bosch injection dealer. If you search for fuel screw on here, member Begle1 broke his one time. I think he posted the part number for it somewhere (maybe the Engines section).

The screw can't go all the way in you know. There is a shoulder in the top that the o-ring seals against. You should measure down and see if you are bottomed out against it.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

from previous experiences I found that if you run a tap down in to to clean the threads up you will know for sure that the threads in your pump are good when you put your screw in. if im wrong someone please correct me.
