You have no fueling, I can not speculate as to the reason behind it, but I certainly don't think it is the injectors, I made my 627rwhp with Buddha 6x.018 so I know they will fuel. I suspect something is not right about your pump. My only guess would be that the design of the 4mm camplate shifts the position of the fuel bleed off hole so the control collar doesn't position and function right. I would suggest trying a stock camplate.

How does that explain peak power being made at a little over 2,000 RPM?

Ken when I got the digital rpm guage I maxed out at 3500rpm I'm guessing my crapy autometer guage dosent work well.

I do have the 3200 spring,

But ya peak power was made at 2075 rpm

And didn't buddy (sorry can't remember his name) make 501hp with a single turbo but the same pump mods?

Ck i had the same mods except a trimmed 4200gov spring, 60psi of boost ref fuel pressure, bone stock vane pump, and ksb activated . Timing was jumped one tooth and pushed next to the head. O and 6x.016's. And I had lots of extra fuel. Your deff lacking fuel. My peak power was at about 2300 rpm.

more thoughts

did you have the ksb hooked up

Giles told me that when he hooked mine up to test , fuel dropped to 30 cc's from 200cc's for whatever reason and he could not figure out why, except maybe the timing chnages dramaticaly when you have a worked timing setup.

Check your fuel shutoff and see if it dissintegrated - and plugged your deleivery valves - also happened once on my pump on the test stand

double check your regulator to make sure it isnt bypassing (stayin closed) under load for some reason - like a worn out diaphram - been there - specially when alcohol or methanol or acetone or any other rubber hating additive is used to boost your fuel - or nitro ;) ;)

im thinking im going to call up Giles and get him to tell me how to mod my pump with out the governors,

shut off is gutted

no ksb, i have a plate in there with a agg. regulator

So Jay, you running boost regulated 60psi, intake pressure, at max pressure? Im setup for it i just have to plug the boost line in.
and a modded 4200 spring!

Im guessing thats where im lacking!

Joel how do you have your afc control setup? My truck will smoke way more then that! You don't drive you truck alot just take the afc lever off you don't need to govern it and i don't think your gonna lose power by doing that either.
My truck made peak power at 2050rpm
