we would never "polish" a runner - either intake or exhaust
air like any other fluid needs help to change direction without inducing stall or detremental eddies

Yes KTA . What I need is a 1 st gen manifold so he can see if there is any real differences , If not it should be just rematch the ports and that should be about it

24V uses D ports. 12V uses rectangle ports. The manifold retains its rectangular cross section throughout. I think it would be an advantage to do that as well with a new one so it starts as a rectangle at the ports stays a rectangle in the tube and exits as a rectangle into the turbo so you could actually retain the same crossection throughout to minimize turbulence and maximize flow.

Just use the same cross section as a stock gasket to maximize flow for a modded vehicle. Then it is already port matched. :lol:

might be cool to make these manifold with different options say if someone was going to run a turbo with a t3 flange on a 12 valve truck

$700!! was considering on getting one but for that price, I would be buying tires for my rig first!!

guess I will be going back to a stock one if I can find one...the 2 I looked at have the ears missing in a couple of places.

<sigh>
