How to make it go fast

Just got a 91 d350, 4x4, duelwheel ,5spd and other than a big exhaust stack i think it is stock, what should be the first ten or so steps i shoud do to build power? how can i tell if my pump is turned up or if someone has turned the star wheel under the cap with the fuel pin? I did notice that the smoke screw now is a bolt and is turned all the way in but doesent seem to smoke to much and the smoke isent real dark. thank you

I would buy a gov spring right off the bat.
1990 W250 Non I/C, Mostly stock,4 inch Ex,Fuel Screw Turned Up a Little, 727TF, 366 spring, BHAF, Borgeson Steering Shaft, Under-bed B & M transmission cooler, head lights now on relays(just added)

gauges, asap. boost, pyro, and tach if you are putting a 3200 gov spring in it.

I am pretty sure the old owner had turned up the fuel some. He may have turned it back down. Did you get the miss out of that thing. I should have bought that truck. Seems Im running into you everywhere. :D You just suscribed to my youtube account. 8)

O and also its a W350. D means 2 wheel peel.

It was skipping some at the drags this summer.
