Some of my issues of drawing down a low pressure piston pump may be my stock supply lines and pick up. I can draw it down to 3 psi. For sure it is way better then the wimpy diaphram. I only saw 3.5 psi with that and drew it down to 0 pretty easy. I am sure my 89 ( stock lp ) is pulling to 0 also ( gauge still on the dresser ).
