what boost pressure does the stock head gasket and bolts let go?

Some go at 35psi, others go at 60psi. You can retorque the stock bolts to hold more boost, but not everyone has good luck with that.

When head gaskets blow also has a LOT to do with timing and exhaust back pressure. IE smaller turbines and housings blow at less boost pressure than big ones. Most will hold 30-35psi regardless if things are right.
