The 63 is slightly on the bigger side for the injectors and the VE it seems.
Also, check your shut-off solenoid. When mine was going out on my 2wd, it didn't shut it off right away but it also didn't fully open. When I got a new one, some new SOTP power was found but I don't know if it was all in my head.
