Installed my raptor 150 today. set up was done right. I turned the key over to prime everything and check for leaks and sure enough fuel was pouring out of the kill switch on my IP. The fuel pressure before install was 7-8ish psi at idle and i left the raptor in the preset state of 16psi but may be more due to pressure escaping from leak. FP gauge says 16 with fuel pouring outta the kill switch. i had problems with this leaking in the same spot when i did my dennyT top. im going to cummins in the morning to get another pump seal kit and im going to cut the pressure back a little untill i get everything working right and the leaking stopped. what do you guys think? you think the fp is out the roof but not reading high because of the leak? help would be great? Thanks!

It should work fine, it's designed for exactly what you are wanting to do. That particular one is for a 24v, but the threads may be the same. Geno's has one for the P7100 12v's and i think they use the exact same fuel filter set up as our VE 12v's

The part you wanted to use to smooth out your fuel pressure to calm your gauge down. I should have quoted it

Raptor was set to p7100 psi not ve. Set psi at 12 and changed seals. No more leaks. Now we got indexing out of wack and power screw adjistments out. FuN day of tuning again now!

Spent forever tuning this thing messing with indexing(that was marked right to begin with)... The guy tht took the top off lost the spring n washer for the tophat and diddnt know it(need tophat washer n spring if anyone has one to sell) after adjusting indexing and the power screw time n time again i realized that it was missing and drilled a hole in a freeze plug and fond a washer to makr do till i gOt another one... Its close but not the same. Got it adjusted to where we thought was right and 12psi fuel pressure. No leaks... Idle wouldnt go below 800ish... Drove backto my place and was only hittin 3000rpm/80mph/25lbs boost... Also noticed i was missing the black jets comming out of my stacks. Popped hood at home and realized my indexing still wasnt right lol... So when i get another tophat thing ill be fixin my indexing, tophat assembly, and maxing my fuel! Nut so far with raptor it did seem more responsive!
