second gen seats?

has anyone put second gen seats in our trucks? my buddy wrecked his 99 had i was gonna buy teh seats off him.. they are the ones with the seat belts inside the seat will these still work?

i jus bought a set also, they will fit, jus gotta figure out how you wanna do it lol

i knew they wouldnt bolt up. i work at a welding shop so it wont be hard to make a bracket up to muont them. i was more concerned if they will fit width and the length. but you say they will so thank you

lenth and width is good, i jus got mine in today, you jus gotta have spacers for the back. and you gotta drill new holes, in my case it wouldnt hurt to cut the front mount down about an inch

I have a '99. The seats flat SUCK!!!!!!! The ones I had in the '97 were great. These others kill my back side. Feel like sitting on nails, if in them long enough. Going to NY and CO was pure pure hell!

i jus like haveing a center console,
mine were from a 99 to, they may still not be super cumfy but i like them alllooot better than the bench lol

Bryan, are the RC seats as good as you thought at 1st?
My '97 seats aren't bad, and I have the cheap, flatish non power '96 seats in my '92. I cut the fronts down to keep it just above the stock bench height. Biggest problem is they are just too damn close to the steering wheel in a regular cab truck.
