Got 20.0 mpg out of mine before.

400 miles round trip to WI. The stock H1C w/ 21 housing too boot.
Checked my 1st tank since the HE351Ve swap. 14.6 (but just short trip crap).

Usually 17-18 range before, in those conditions.
Bumped the timing when I put the VE back on after I replaced the tappet cover gasket this past weekend. Only 28 miles since, so we'll see. If it still sucks, I'm getting a rebuild kit for the H1C and its going back on. Probably put a GDS 60 and 14 or 16 housing on it though.
